AllConnect LLC ("AllConnect," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS/text messaging program to communicate with clients and prospective clients who have provided their consent. Messages may include appointment reminders, document requests, status updates on your services, responses to your inquiries, and occasional service-related notifications.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our contact form — or by otherwise expressly agreeing — you consent to receive SMS/text messages from AllConnect at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may also opt in by texting us first at (678) 888-8404.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the services you are receiving. You will generally only receive messages that are relevant to your account, appointments, or active requests.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. AllConnect is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to you. If you want to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your mobile phone number and messaging consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, solely to help us deliver our own messaging program. We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
