Yes. Our team is fluent in both English and Vietnamese. You're welcome to communicate with us entirely in Vietnamese — no translator needed.
Not necessarily. Many of our services can be handled remotely — you can upload documents through the Client Portal, communicate by phone or email, and receive completed work electronically. That said, you're always welcome to come in at our Duluth, GA office.

Tax Services
For most individual returns: W-2s, 1099s, Social Security numbers for all household members, prior year tax return, and any documents related to deductions (mortgage interest, charitable donations, business expenses). We'll send you a complete checklist when you schedule.
Yes. We prepare returns for partnerships (Form 1065), S-Corporations (Form 1120-S), C-Corporations (Form 1120), and sole proprietors (Schedule C on Form 1040).

Immigration
We specialize in employment-based immigration, with a focus on EB-3 visa sponsorship. Our services include document preparation and filing, employer matching and coordination, and ongoing case management — all with full bilingual support in English and Vietnamese.
The EB-3 is an employment-based immigrant visa for skilled workers, professionals, and unskilled workers. It allows eligible foreign nationals to obtain a U.S. green card through employer sponsorship. AllConnect assists both workers and sponsoring employers through the process.
Billing & Client Portal
You can pay online through our Client Portal using a credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer. If you prefer to pay in person, we accept payment at our Duluth, GA office.
Use the Document Upload section of our Client Portal. You can upload PDFs, images, Word documents, and Excel files up to 25MB per file. All submissions go directly to our team and we'll confirm receipt within one business day.
